Principal Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a core component platform and AI workflows for customers
• Lead the full engineering cycle including designing, prototyping, coding, validating, and deployment
• Define platform contribution rules and interface designs
• Build and maintain platform infrastructures and automated testing tools
• Lead technical solutions and design across global engineering teams
• Mentor junior members and resolve complex technical issues
• Collaborate with worldwide engineering teams to achieve product goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent Master's degree
• 10-14 years of professional software engineering experience
• Extensive experience with React.js, TypeScript, and Java
• Strong expertise in AWS, cloud services, and DevOps/CI/CD pipelines
• Proven track record in API design and distributed system design
• Experience building AI workflows and solutions
• Proficiency with REST APIs and software development methodologies
• Excellent English communication and leadership skills
