About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic AI systems using LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, and tool-using agents
- Architect RAG pipelines for enterprise-scale knowledge integration and vector database management
- Co-design AI systems with FPGA acceleration, ASIC platforms, and heterogeneous compute environments
- Optimize LLM inference on hardware through quantization, compilation, and partitioning
- Build internal platforms and reusable components using frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex
- Lead architecture reviews, mentor senior engineers, and drive technical strategy for AI + hardware convergence
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in AI/ML systems, distributed systems, or hardware-software co-design
- Recognized expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI/autonomous agents
- Deep understanding of RAG systems, vector databases, and LLM inference architectures
- Strong background in FPGA, ASIC, or EDA systems and heterogeneous computing
- Proficiency in Python and C++
- Experience building production-grade LLM applications and multi-step reasoning workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with compiler stacks such as MLIR or TVM
- Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, quantization, and model distillation
- Knowledge of on-device or edge AI deployment
- Experience with robotics, autonomous systems, or real-time AI pipelines
