Principal Engineer - Agentic AI Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI systems using LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, and tool-using agents
• Architect RAG pipelines for enterprise-scale knowledge integration and vector database management
• Co-design AI systems with FPGA acceleration, ASIC platforms, and heterogeneous compute environments
• Optimize LLM inference on hardware through quantization, compilation, and partitioning
• Build internal platforms and reusable components using frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex
• Lead architecture reviews, mentor senior engineers, and drive technical strategy for AI + hardware convergence

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in AI/ML systems, distributed systems, or hardware-software co-design
• Recognized expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI/autonomous agents
• Deep understanding of RAG systems, vector databases, and LLM inference architectures
• Strong background in FPGA, ASIC, or EDA systems and heterogeneous computing
• Proficiency in Python and C++
• Experience building production-grade LLM applications and multi-step reasoning workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with compiler stacks such as MLIR or TVM
• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, quantization, and model distillation
• Knowledge of on-device or edge AI deployment
• Experience with robotics, autonomous systems, or real-time AI pipelines
