About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration and test team through all phases of the product lifecycle
  • Plan and execute integration, verification, and troubleshooting test activities in labs and the field
  • Provide technical guidance and support to Engineering Integrated Product Team Leads
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges in signal processing design
  • Create or modify electronic warfare signal processing and control algorithms
  • Develop and execute test plans, including simulations and lab tests, to verify system capability
  • Evaluate functional performance of developmental RF systems and firmware/control algorithms
  • Prepare and present detailed performance evaluations and reports to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software, or Physics preferred)
  • 8+ years of relevant systems engineering experience
  • Experience troubleshooting electronics using common test equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers
  • U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a security clearance
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading engineering teams through integration and test activities
  • Expertise in RF system design, digital/analog signal processing, and waveform analysis
  • Experience integrating software and firmware onto electronic hardware systems
  • Proficiency with C, C++, or C# for hardware/electronics integration
  • Experience with MATLAB or Python for data analysis and automation
