About the role

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and debug complex circuit card assemblies (CCAs) and electro-mechanical systems
  • Enhance electrical engineering skills through digital, analog, and RF hardware testing
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to resolve production and integration issues
  • Provide technical oversight and documentation for hardware testing and debugging processes
  • Work on the 2nd shift (3pm - 12am) to support production hardware requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant electrical engineering experience
  • Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal circuit design or analysis
  • Proficiency with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers
  • Experience leading technical projects, failure investigations, or issue resolution efforts
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Ability to obtain an interim U.S. government Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Root-Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations
  • Proficiency with tools such as MATLAB, PSPICE, Mentor Graphics Designer, or HFSS
  • Experience with missile communication transceivers, data links, or GPS receiver subsystems
  • Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods for production yield improvement
  • Experience with subsystem integration, test automation, and Engineering Change Notices (ECN)
