About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical engineering efforts for production hardware, focusing on troubleshooting and debugging complex circuit card assemblies and electro-mechanical systems
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues during production, testing, and integration
  • Provide technical oversight and direction for hardware testing and debugging of digital, analog, and RF components
  • Work the 3rd shift schedule (11pm - 8am) to support production requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant electrical engineering experience
  • Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal circuit design or analysis
  • Proficiency with laboratory equipment such as waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers
  • Experience leading technical projects, failure investigations, or issue resolution efforts
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Ability to obtain an interim U.S. government Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Root-Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations
  • Proficiency with tools such as MATLAB, PSPICE, Mentor Graphics Designer, or HFSS
  • Experience with missile communication transceivers, data links, IMUs, or GPS receiver subsystems
  • Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods for production yield improvement
