About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as an Area Lead Designer providing guidance and supervision to designers
- Prepare and check designs of advanced complexity using 3D modeling and 2D CADD tools
- Coordinate technical issues with other disciplines, project management, vendors, and clients
Requirements
- Associate degree in a related technical field and minimum 15 years of experience
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a government clearance
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, S3D, or Bentley MicroStation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ASME NQA-1 requirements for nuclear facilities
- Knowledge of Intergraph SmartPlant Electrical software
- EPC project experience within the Department of Energy sector
