Principal Digital Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, cross-functional managers, and global engineering leads to ensure excellence in application development and governance
• Mentor and foster the growth of a forward-thinking team dedicated to next-generation digital applications
• Oversee the planning, design, development, and maintenance of scalable software applications
• Provide strategic insights while remaining hands-on with intricate application development details
• Lead the estimation process, evaluate technical risks, and ensure adherence to software development best practices

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• 8+ years of relevant work experience, including technical leadership and people management
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, Python, or JavaScript
• Experience with cloud-first application patterns (MS Azure)
• Familiarity with containerized workloads and Kubernetes environments
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within collaborative, cross-functional teams across multiple countries

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with MS PowerPlatform
• Experience with React, Nodejs, AngularJS, or PostgreSQL
