Principal Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the full software lifecycle, from shaping technical requirements and specifications to driving architecture, design, and Agile delivery.
• Design and develop high-scale, distributed customer data and identity platforms using AWS technologies.
• Act as a technical force multiplier by setting engineering standards, guiding architectural strategy, and mentoring top talent.
• Create packaged, reusable software components and cloud-native services to optimize scalability and performance.
• Embed AI/ML models, Generative AI, and RAG/GraphRAG patterns into platforms for smarter identity matching and customer insights.
• Ensure strict compliance with privacy and data governance standards while balancing innovation with trust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, business, and data engineering, to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7-10+ years of experience in IT solutions architecture.
• 3+ years of experience in customer identity management.
• Deep expertise in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Identity Resolution, Identity Graphs, and Digital Identifiers.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS cloud services and designing scalable solutions on cloud-native products.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or .NET.
• Strong understanding of audience activation, universal identities, and privacy standards.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Experience in the airline industry or similar sectors involving booking, order, and loyalty concepts.
• Expertise with AWS Neptune Graph DB, Cloud ETL, Streams, and event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven applications and graph query languages such as Gremlin or Cypher.
