Principal Designer, Layout

Responsibilities

• Solve uniquely significant and complex IC layout challenges with organization-wide impact
• Provide highly creative solutions that advance the company's technical leadership position
• Develop and mentor engineers to build organizational capabilities and bench strength
• Lead cross-organizational initiatives that drive strategic business outcomes
• Provide technical leadership for multiple complex IC layout projects
• Define architecture strategies and make high-impact design decisions
• Drive innovation in layout methodologies and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of relevant experience in IC layout
• Industry-leading expertise in IC layout, architecture design, and process optimization
• Demonstrated ability to influence at senior levels and shape organizational direction
• Proven track record of driving innovation and technical leadership
