Principal Design Verification Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define verification strategy and architecture for complex digital and mixed-signal designs
• Pioneer advanced verification methodologies and frameworks to improve organizational efficiency
• Lead the resolution of highly challenging verification issues requiring specialized knowledge
• Mentor verification engineers at all levels and establish best practices across the organization
• Collaborate with design teams, product managers, and executives on verification requirements and sign-off criteria
• Represent the company at industry forums and collaborate with tool vendors to influence future technologies
• Establish verification metrics and quality standards to ensure design accuracy and reliability

Requirements

• Mastery of SystemVerilog and Universal Verification Methodology (UVM)
• Deep expertise in mixed-signal verification and design principles
• Proven ability to develop comprehensive verification strategies and architectures
• Advanced debugging skills across multiple design abstractions
• Demonstrated technical leadership and the ability to influence methodology adoption
• Strong analytical capabilities for solving high-impact verification challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience with complex digital and mixed-signal designs
• Experience leading verification teams or major large-scale verification initiatives
