Principal Data Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical bridge between Supplier Engagement and Operations pillars to manage retailer onboarding and data compliance.
• Execute data analysis, testing, and quality assessments (DQI/RAP scoring) to ensure high-quality data receipt.
• Manage large datasets, performing extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes across multiple formats.
• Resolve data errors and MSD tickets through retailer discussions and operational planning.
• Provide stakeholder updates on KPIs, market progress, and productivity initiatives.
• Identify and implement new operational efficiency opportunities within existing retailer workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in data operations or a similar technical role.
• Proficiency in developing Unix and Python queries.
• Strong experience with Python, FoxPro, and Cloud Platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, transactional data handling, and ETL processes.
• Expertise in managing, querying, and aggregating large datasets and complex data modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, etc.).
• Master's Degree or equivalent technical degree in statistics, data analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the Retail industry, specifically regarding POS and supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with FTP and MFT setup and maintenance.
• Experience handling TLog data and various complex file formats.
