Principal - Data Experience

Responsibilities

• Solve complex client problems by designing and delivering cloud-based modern data architectures and advanced analytics solutions.
• Develop innovative data platforms and robust data models to enable meaningful enterprise insights.
• Act as a senior subject matter expert, engaging directly with stakeholders and influencing senior executives.
• Support the planning, delivery, and execution of projects across multiple industries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create go-to-market assets, reusable frameworks, and thought leadership.
• Mentor and coach consultants across all levels in analysis, modeling, visualization, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Strong experience in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Proven ability to translate complex business problems into structured data requirements and delivery roadmaps.
• Hands-on capability in data modeling, data analysis, and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and technical business analysis.
• Ability to present technical insights to senior business and technology leaders.
