Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to identify AI-driven opportunities
• Lead the dissection of complex, cross-functional problems into phased product strategies
• Drive cross-organizational alignment on investment and prioritization
• Transform user needs into detailed product specifications and user stories for engineering and data science teams
• Prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact
• Serve as a subject matter expert for executive reviews and high-stakes customer engagements
• Research emerging trends in data science, machine learning, and AI
• Mentor and coach Product Managers on data-driven strategy and execution
• Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical considerations in all AI products

Requirements

• 10-12+ years of progressive product leadership experience
• Proven track record of launching 0-to-1 and 1-to-N enterprise data/AI products
• Strong understanding of data science principles and machine learning algorithms
• Experience with large datasets, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience collaborating with or within RevTech leaders like ZoomInfo, 6sense, or Demandbase
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
