Principal - Cyber Security

Responsibilities

• Define, collect, and present performance data to strengthen the Cyber Defense Program
• Lead groundbreaking metrics-related initiatives within the Cyber Security Defense Metrics and Reporting organization
• Align team processes, data capture capabilities, and metrics reporting with business goals
• Craft, build, test, deploy, and maintain metric dashboards and reporting channels
• Tackle issues and minimize risks related to metrics and reporting duties

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Over 2 years of experience in Cyber Defense and enterprise-level metrics reporting
• Proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI, PowerPoint, Confluence, and Jira
• Proficiency in database query languages like SQL
• Experience with agile project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Strong risk management, problem-prevention, and data quality/statistics skills
• Cyber Defense Certification (e.g., ISC2) or Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or higher)
