Principal Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage key account relationships and ensure long-term customer value
• Build trusting relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
• Moderate strategic customer meetings and business reviews
• Ensure customer retention and renewals while identifying churn risks
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and develop business cases
• Collaborate closely with SEO, CRO, and delivery teams to translate technical topics into business value

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Key Account Management
• Experience supporting complex e-commerce clients
• Understanding of digital business models, e-commerce, and data-driven marketing
• Ability to connect operational measures with strategic business goals
• High analytical competence and entrepreneurial thinking
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with C-level stakeholders
