About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Customers with an ARR of approximately $10M, focusing on value realization, ROI, and contract renewals.
  • Act as the primary trusted advisor and point of contact for customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Drive customer adoption by monitoring end-user engagement and building proactive action plans.
  • Partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams to ensure successful implementation and service quality.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities within existing accounts to expand the Anaplan footprint.
  • Mediate technical or platform issues and advocate for model-building best practices.
  • Educate customers on the platform roadmap and promote engagement through community and user groups.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in account management, consulting, or client services.
  • Strong project and program management experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information for various stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the region.
  • Customer-first mentality with an extreme ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the Technology, Media, and Telco (TMT) industries.
  • Experience in business planning, including annual operating plans, forecasting, and modeling.
