About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary delivery lead and partner for strategic enterprise customers to accelerate value realization across Digital Cloud platforms.
  • Support foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals to ensure quality solution delivery.
  • Translate customer business needs into actionable plans using Microsoft’s cloud and enterprise solutions.
  • Align Customer Success Plans (CSPs) with account plan priorities and develop bookable programs of work.
  • Lead program planning, customer-facing reviews, and prioritization of engagements to address agreed-upon customer outcomes.
  • Track adoption and usage milestones of Microsoft products and services to drive consumption and identify retention opportunities.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field AND 4+ years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, or consulting.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven expertise in Cloud and enterprise solutions.
  • Strong experience in customer success or solution delivery management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, or practice management.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience within a specific customer industry.
  • Microsoft or competitor equivalent (e.g., AWS) certifications in relevant technologies such as Azure or Microsoft 365.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management certification.
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification.
  • Prosci or equivalent change management certification.
