Principal Customer Integration Engineer, Product & Process Engineering (HBM)

Responsibilities

• Apply deep technical knowledge across domains such as product engineering, system engineering, front-end/back-end process, PFA, qualification, or test.
• Support the integration of customer requirements into internal design and manufacturing processes.
• Participate in technical reviews, debug sessions, and failure analysis activities.
• Work closely with internal teams across build, product engineering, and manufacturing to resolve technical challenges.
• Assist in yield improvement and qualification efforts tied to customer programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience in one or more areas: product development, systems build, front-end/back-end process, PFA, qualification, or test.
• Ability to collaborate with Customer Integration Leads and Technical Leaders during customer discussions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to provide clear technical updates and documentation for internal and external collaborators.
• Demonstrated expertise in HBM architecture, packaging technologies, and industry standard processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to adapt quickly to new technical domains.
