Principal Consultant/Account Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of exceptional programmes of work across strategic thinking, brand innovation, and storytelling
• Act as a strategic partner and client representative for purpose-driven accounts
• Own account development, relationship nurturing, and project delivery
• Actively seek out and contribute to new business opportunities
• Manage varied projects including purpose positioning, employee engagement, sustainability strategy, and behaviour change programmes

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Director from an agency background or a client/programme manager from an in-house or consultancy role
• Strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
• Passion for purpose and sustainability
• Exceptional project management skills
• Ability to build genuine client relationships and drive account growth
