Principal Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite global business leaders to drive complex transformational change
• Lead cross-functional engagements and serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
• Orchestrate diverse teams to generate strategic solutions for complex client challenges
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
• Mentor and coach junior consultants to foster a high-performing environment
• Provide strategic guidance leveraging expertise in eCommerce and sectors like retail, FMCG, or automotive
• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify pain points and areas for improvement
• Develop and present compelling proposals, roadmaps, and value propositions

Requirements

• Extensive experience in management or consultancy roles within the e-Commerce domain
• In-depth sector knowledge in retail, FMCG/CPG, B2B, or automotive
• Proven leadership skills with experience motivating cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems including eCommerce platforms, CMS, and PIM
• Proficiency with agile software delivery methodologies
• Advanced problem-solving and lateral thinking capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Willingness to travel to client sites within the UK and potentially the EU
