Principal Consultant - Transportation and Infrastructure Advisory

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of technical due diligence assignments for investors, lenders, and developers across transportation infrastructure assets.
• Oversee assessments covering asset condition, operations, lifecycle performance, and Capex requirements.
• Evaluate demand forecasts, traffic/revenue assumptions, and capacity utilization.
• Provide strategic advisory on PPP/PFI concessions, contract structures, and investment cases.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies and sensitivity analyses.
• Contribute technical and commercial input into bids and pursuits to strengthen competitive proposals.
• Support cross-sector infrastructure assignments involving digital, energy, and sustainability interfaces.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in transportation and infrastructure advisory (Roads, Rail, Airports, or Ports).
• Strong track record in technical due diligence, PPP advisory, or transaction support.
• Deep understanding of demand modelling (traffic, passenger, or freight).
• Expertise in concession agreements and regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of O&M practices and lifecycle asset management.
• Ability to translate complex technical findings into commercial insights for stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
