Principal Consultant, Project Management

Responsibilities

• Support UK-based project management teams in delivering complex, high-profile projects across the full lifecycle
• Lead or support projects through bidding, mobilisation, delivery, completion, and occupation
• Manage project controls, reporting, dashboards, meeting minutes, and other delivery documentation
• Monitor scope, cost, programme, risks, and issues, escalating concerns as needed
• Use project management tools and Microsoft Office applications to maintain accurate project records
• Champion health, safety, wellbeing, and sustainable delivery practices
• Mentor and support project managers, contributing to team performance and development

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Property, Engineering, Construction, or Project Management
• 10–16 years of relevant project management experience in the AEC industry
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Proven people leadership, mentoring, and team management experience
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate across time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international teams from an India-based delivery location
• ChPP or similar professional qualification
