Principal Consultant/Principal Architect - Microsoft Alliance

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Microsoft alliance strategy aligned with business objectives
• Manage Microsoft partner programs including CPOR, MCI, ECIF, EPI, and Co-sell opportunities
• Lead the MCI lifecycle, including creation, tracking, and POE submissions
• Govern and track ECIF utilization and manage voucher claims
• Drive co-sell opportunities through end-to-end management in Microsoft Partner Center
• Collaborate with finance teams for incentive reconciliation, accruals, and financial closure
• Act as the primary escalation point for Microsoft-related operational and financial issues
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports on alliance performance, incentives, and pipeline accuracy

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in alliance or partner management, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft partner programs (CPOR, MCI, ECIF, EPI, Co-sell)
• Proven expertise in financial operations, incentive tracking, and revenue attribution
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Microsoft certifications or partner accreditations
