Principal Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the Research and Development Digital and Data Strategy engagement, ensuring overall quality and client relevance.
• Facilitate senior stakeholder discussions across R&D, Digital Technology, Data and Analytics, and Value Chain Operations.
• Own the strategic narrative, linking digital initiatives to enterprise goals, business value, and petcare priorities.
• Guide prioritization of key initiatives, value thesis development, and roadmap sequencing.
• Manage engagement plans, workstream coordination, milestones, risks, and quality assurance.
• Ensure all deliverables are executive-ready, practical, and aligned with leadership decision needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, data strategy, or operating model advisory.
• Proven track record of leading senior client engagements from initial strategy through to mobilization planning.
• Strong executive storytelling, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of data strategy, artificial intelligence enablement, and transformation roadmaps.
• Ability to move from ambiguity to clear prioritization and actionable operating model recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Based in London or Paris.
• Experience working within R&D or complex digital technology environments.
