Principal Consultant

Responsibilities

• Establish and strengthen relationships with intermediary and direct clients to provide expert residency and citizenship planning advice.
• Convert leads into client cases by delivering exceptional customer service and a premier onboarding experience.
• Proactively reach out to potential clients and intermediary partners to raise awareness of services and solutions.
• Conduct research and prepare impactful meetings with potential introducers and client prospects.
• Qualify prospects and perform initial due-diligence checks to assess suitability and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to deliver a world-class client experience throughout the sales journey.
• Meet and exceed annual sales targets for assigned jurisdictions.
• Maintain detailed and effective notes on prospect and customer interactions using CRM systems.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of customer-facing sales experience in investment, insurance, private banking, wealth management, real estate, or recruitment.
• Full proficiency in both English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong research, strategic analysis, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or advanced degrees.
• Direct experience working with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs).
• Multilingual capabilities and territorial-specific experience.
