About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver CDM and H&S consultancy services to existing and new clients
  • Provide expert advice and act as Principal Designer to manage legal responsibilities under CDM regulations
  • Develop systems and processes to improve CDM and H&S efficiency
  • Establish and maintain positive relations with clients to act as a trusted advocate
  • Manage commissions to ensure client expectations and business management systems are met
  • Carry out H&S performance reviews and audits on behalf of clients
  • Compile and create relevant pre-construction information and H&S files

Requirements

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate
  • NEBOSH Diploma Level or equivalent
  • GradIOSH or equivalent
  • Membership of the APS
  • Experience as a Principal Designer
  • Extensive knowledge of the Construction Industry and CDM Regulations
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
