Principal Consultant

Responsibilities

• Drive financial services strategy through the application of advanced AI and GenAI
• Build and maintain relationships with key Banking and Financial Services clients
• Lead multiple high-impact analytics engagements and facilitate project delivery
• Consult on predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning solutions
• Propose methods using Fractal IP and accelerators to improve client ROI and efficiency
• Manage project timelines, quality of delivery, and risk management
• Prepare and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
• Mentor cross-functional teams and lead onsite consultants for daily deliverables
• Develop executive-ready collateral to support business development and thought leadership
• Stay current on GenAI trends, banking policies, and evolving business models

Requirements

• 8–12 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent
• Strong experience in the insurance industry
• Proven experience in marketing analytics and working with banking/financial clients
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and present effectively to C-suite and senior executives
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
