Principal Consultant - Financial Services Cloud

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Financial Services Cloud implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, business sponsors, and technology teams.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to define business objectives, customer journeys, and compliance requirements.
• Develop scalable solution designs, architecture diagrams, data models, and implementation roadmaps.
• Architect solutions supporting client onboarding, household management, financial accounts, and relationship management.
• Define enterprise data architecture, governance frameworks, security models, and integration strategies.
• Design solutions that align with regulatory and compliance requirements, including privacy and audit-ability.
• Lead data migration strategy and planning efforts from legacy CRM or banking platforms.
• Provide architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle, including design reviews and deployment planning.
• Mentor consultants and solution engineers while promoting architectural standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• 3+ years in a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Consultant role.
• Deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud and financial services business processes.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions involving complex integrations and data migrations.
• Proven experience working within banking, insurance, lending, or wealth management sectors.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory considerations in financial services.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional or equivalent credentials.
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Certifications.
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification.
• Experience with core banking systems, policy administration, or loan origination systems.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including solution estimation and executive presentations.
