Principal Consultant ERP Advisory

Responsibilities

• Lead mid- to large-scale ERP advisory projects and digital transformation programs
• Execute project assignments including data analysis, benchmarks, and business analysis
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and training sessions for clients
• Define blueprints, develop ERP strategies, and manage vendor selection processes
• Map business processes and design implementation roadmaps
• Act as a trusted advisor to General Management and lead project teams
• Contribute to the growth of the sector consulting team through white papers and seminars

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in ERP transformation journeys
• Proven expertise in blueprint definition, vendor selection, and process design
• Strong ability to analyze and map business processes to ERP solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English and proficient in either Dutch or French
