Principal Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct executive workshops and deep dives to frame strategic options and recommendations
• Lead the development of reference architectures, migration strategies, and operating models
• Produce executive-ready narratives and value cases to guide delivery teams
• Mentor senior consultants and contribute to the development of consulting methods and templates
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on industry and technology transformation to de-risk customer investments

Requirements

• 15+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent experience
• Expert knowledge of cloud/data architecture and enterprise integration
• Proven ability to translate complex technical signals into clear business recommendations
• Strong facilitation and influence skills when working with senior stakeholders
• Experience synthesizing cross-industry or multi-cloud landscapes

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MS, or MEng
• Architect-level certifications (e.g., AWS SA Pro, Azure Architect Expert, or TOGAF)
