Principal Consultant - Data & AI Strategy

Responsibilities

• Advise senior business and technology stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, on AI strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Develop enterprise AI strategies, operating models, and governance frameworks to deliver measurable business value.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities and build compelling business cases.
• Lead complex transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled business change and process re-engineering.
• Act as a trusted advisor to drive stakeholder engagement and support large-scale AI adoption.
• Mentor consulting practitioners and contribute to the growth of the Data & AI practice through thought leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience advising executive-level stakeholders on strategic technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop enterprise-scale AI strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to quantify AI-driven value and align investments to strategic outcomes.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Automation.
• Knowledge of enterprise technology environments, including cloud, data security, privacy, and Responsible AI.
• Experience leading complex consulting teams and managing large-scale business transformations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, Product Management, or Change Management.
• Enterprise Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF).
• Specialized certifications in AI Governance, Responsible AI, or Data Governance.
• Technical certifications in AI, Data, Analytics, or Machine Learning.
