Principal Consultant - Data & AI Strategy

Responsibilities

• Advise C-suite and senior business leaders on defining and executing enterprise AI strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases and develop robust business cases to ensure measurable ROI.
• Design future-state operating models and establish comprehensive AI governance and Responsible AI frameworks.
• Lead complex transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled business change and process re-engineering.
• Act as a trusted advisor to drive stakeholder engagement and support large-scale AI adoption.
• Mentor consulting practitioners and contribute to the growth of the Data & AI practice through thought leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience advising executive-level stakeholders on strategic technology transformations.
• Deep expertise in developing enterprise AI strategies, operating models, and governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Automation.
• Solid knowledge of enterprise technology environments, including cloud, data security, privacy, and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex consulting teams and manage large-scale business transformations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, Product Management, or Change Management.
• Enterprise Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF).
• Specialized certifications in AI Governance, Responsible AI, or Data Governance.
• Advanced certifications in AI, Data, Analytics, or Machine Learning.
