Principal Consultant - Customer Enablement

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in the Talkdesk platform with a focus on AI integration to optimize customer journeys
• Design and deliver technical product training for internal teams, customers, and partners
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to align enablement with roadmaps
• Provide expertise in integration patterns including APIs, webhooks, middleware, and custom JavaScript
• Analyze product functionality to identify AI-driven opportunities for workflow improvement
• Serve as a senior point of contact for complex inquiries regarding AI and platform capabilities

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer experience, contact center technology, or related roles
• Strong understanding of AI applications and cloud contact center platforms
• Proven experience enabling adoption of SaaS solutions
• Ability to analyze complex systems and identify AI-driven improvements
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Experience working cross-functionally to drive customer adoption

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product management, technical consulting, or solutions architecture
• Familiarity with data analysis for improving CX and AI effectiveness
• Deep understanding of the Talkdesk product suite
• Fluency in English, French, Spanish, or Portuguese
