About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in the Talkdesk platform with a focus on AI integration to optimize customer journeys
- Design and deliver technical product training for internal teams, customers, and partners
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to align enablement with roadmaps
- Provide expertise in integration patterns including APIs, webhooks, middleware, and custom JavaScript
- Analyze product functionality to identify AI-driven opportunities for workflow improvement
- Serve as a senior point of contact for complex inquiries regarding AI and platform capabilities
Requirements
- 5+ years in customer experience, contact center technology, or related roles
- Strong understanding of AI applications and cloud contact center platforms
- Proven experience enabling adoption of SaaS solutions
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify AI-driven improvements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Experience working cross-functionally to drive customer adoption
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product management, technical consulting, or solutions architecture
- Familiarity with data analysis for improving CX and AI effectiveness
- Deep understanding of the Talkdesk product suite
- Fluency in English, French, Spanish, or Portuguese
