Principal Cloud Platform Developer

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the architecture and evolution of developer onboarding and enablement platforms
• Design and implement AI/ML and agentic AI solutions to automate onboarding, troubleshooting, and self-service capabilities
• Standardize and improve service deployment processes and accelerate deployment timelines through scalable automation
• Build and support developer enablement tooling and internal platform services
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and troubleshoot complex platform issues across distributed systems
• Define and contribute to technical roadmap planning for platform modernization and automation initiatives
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, runbooks, and enablement materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 8+ years of experience building scalable cloud-native applications (Python, Node.js, or similar)
• 8+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• 8+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and SDLC automation
• 8+ years of experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and platform automation tools (Terraform, Helm, etc.)
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production AI/ML systems
• Experience with agentic AI systems or LLM-based automation workflows (tool use, orchestration, autonomous agents)
• Experience with containerized and distributed systems using Docker and Kubernetes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered developer tools or platform automation systems
• Experience with AWS AI/ML services such as Bedrock or equivalent LLM platforms
• Experience designing agent-based workflows for automation or developer productivity
• Strong background in DevOps, platform engineering, and infrastructure scalability
• Experience with event-driven and microservices architectures
• Demonstrated experience improving developer experience (DevEx) at scale
