About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a senior clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
- Provide comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support for CRM products.
- Build and sustain credible business relationships with healthcare professionals and customers.
- Develop and facilitate training sessions and educational programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
- Support the Cardiac Rhythm Team with regional training seminars, clinical studies, and data collection.
- Mentor and provide leadership to less experienced Clinical Specialists.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide new product in-service training to physicians and nurses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.
- 7+ years of related experience or certification from an accredited cardiac training program.
- IBHRE certification in CRM products is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.
- Familiarity with cath lab and operating room protocols and procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other personal computer applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
