About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a senior clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
  • Provide comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support for CRM products.
  • Build and sustain credible business relationships with healthcare professionals and customers.
  • Develop and facilitate training sessions and educational programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
  • Support the Cardiac Rhythm Team with regional training seminars, clinical studies, and data collection.
  • Mentor and provide leadership to less experienced Clinical Specialists.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide new product in-service training to physicians and nurses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.
  • 7+ years of related experience or certification from an accredited cardiac training program.
  • IBHRE certification in CRM products is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.
  • Familiarity with cath lab and operating room protocols and procedures.
  • Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other personal computer applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
