About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead scientific activities for the design, conduct, and reporting of clinical trials within the Electrophysiology division
  • Develop and write clinical trial protocols, study reports, informed consent forms, and investigator brochures
  • Support the analysis and interpretation of scientific data and review statistical analysis plans
  • Oversee study Steering Committees and Publication Committees consisting of global physician Key Opinion Leaders
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality
  • Present clinical study results to senior leadership and at investigator meetings
  • Support regulatory submissions and participate in audits

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in the sciences, medicine, or a similar discipline
  • 5+ years of clinical science experience post-degree
  • Demonstrated scientific writing ability
  • Experience with international medical device regulations and submissions
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • PhD degree in the sciences or medicine
  • Experience within the medical device industry
  • Familiarity with international regulatory requirements and Quality Systems standards
  • Experience working in a quality system environment
