Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executives (COO, CFO, CTO)
• Develop a nuanced understanding of client organizational structures and decision-making processes
• Ensure continuity between sales and implementation phases by aligning envisioned solutions with delivery
• Enforce rigorous documentation practices for scope evolution, decision rationale, and priority shifts
• Coach PMO, FDSA, and FDDS staff on stakeholder engagement and delivery execution
• Lead go-live and transition phases, including designing hyper-care plans for post-implementation support

Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise software implementation delivery
• 5+ years in a client-facing leadership role with accountability for outcomes
• Experience leading engagements with diverse and complex stakeholder dynamics
• Proven track record of managing the transition from sales to implementation
• Demonstrated commitment to rigorous documentation discipline
• Experience with data migration and legacy system transitions
• Ability to navigate organizational change and maintain project continuity
• Strong written communication skills for executive-level reporting and documentation
