We are building an AI-driven simulation software stack for engineering and manufacturing across advanced industries like Aerospace & Defense, Materials, Energy, Semiconductors, and Automotive.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical direction and delivery of complex multi-physics simulation workstreams
  • Partner with customers to address complex engineering challenges through advanced CAE & AI solutions
  • Build and guide the development of complex multi-physics models from geometry clean-up to post-processing
  • Develop robust parametric CAD models coupled with simulation pipeline automation
  • Generate high-quality simulation datasets for training Machine/Deep Learning models
  • Accelerate high-fidelity modelling using cloud platforms and on-premise HPC resources
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to a culture of collaboration
  • Travel globally (average 3-4 weeks per quarter) to work on-site with customers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience (post Masters or PhD) in a commercial, non-research environment
  • Deep expertise in fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and multiphase modelling
  • Proficiency in Star-CCM+, OpenFOAM, or Fluent
  • Ability to automate simulation tools for scalable optimisation workflows
  • US citizenship required due to aerospace and defense work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in parametric CAD modelling (NX or CATIA)
  • Coding proficiency in Python or Java
  • Experience integrating experimental data for model validation
