Principal Business Development

Responsibilities

• High-Ticket Closing: Manage the entire sales cycle for deals ranging from €100,000 to seven-figure annual revenues
• C-Level Communication: Negotiate confidently with CEOs, CMOs, and Heads of Digital in E-commerce, Finance, Telecom, and Energy sectors
• Strategic Acquisition: Utilize data and brand awareness to drive outbound potential and convert inbound leads
• Full-Cycle Management: Handle everything from initial qualification and strategic pitching to final contract negotiation and closing
• Brand Ambassador: Represent LEAP at top digital industry events, conferences, and trade fairs

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in new customer sales
• Proven track record in closing high-ticket deals
• Deep understanding of online marketing, SEO, and conversion optimization
• Strong hunter mentality with a focus on outbound sales
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote, agile environment
• Fluency in German and English
