Principal, Business Development and Strategy Services

Responsibilities

• Lead Management Consulting operations in Singapore with a focus on energy sector strategy and energy transition
• Drive proactive marketing and business development for strategy services to Singapore-based and international clients
• Manage consulting projects including market analysis, power market modelling, and transaction services
• Provide line management for the Singapore MC team, including performance evaluation and recruitment
• Develop thought leadership materials and collaborate with multi-disciplinary AFRY units
• Act as Project Manager or Director for selected strategy and energy projects

Requirements

• Higher professional degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Over 10 years of work experience in power utilities, IPP developers, or energy sector consulting
• Proven track record in developing and managing consulting projects
• Strong connections with local energy sector clients
• Fluency in English with excellent report writing and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and lead diverse teams
