About the role
Responsibilities
- Work directly in clinical trial datasets to identify efficacy signals, safety patterns, and subgroup effects that inform pipeline and commercialization decisions
- Build rigorous statistical analyses including mixed-effects models, longitudinal models, Bayesian frameworks, and sensitivity analyses across pipeline assets
- Monitor emerging safety signals in real time and contextualize findings for leadership
- Pressure-test clinical assumptions, challenge endpoint choices, and scrutinize statistical analysis plans
- Analyze competitor trial data and synthesize evidence from literature, registries, claims, and proprietary datasets into coherent narratives
- Drive selection and integration of data sources and help build shared analytical infrastructure across the platform
Requirements
- Advanced degree in biostatistics, statistics, epidemiology, or a closely related quantitative field; direct experience in clinical trial statistics strongly preferred
- Hands-on fluency with patient-level clinical trial datasets
- Deep command of statistical methods: mixed-effects models, longitudinal and repeated-measures analyses, Bayesian approaches, multiplicity adjustment, and sensitivity analyses
- Familiarity with clinical trial design and regulatory statistical frameworks (ICH E9, estimands, SAP development)
- Track record of translating rigorous analysis into decisions
- Ability to present complex statistical findings clearly to non-technical and CEO-level audiences
