Principal BIM Modeler - MEP

Responsibilities

• Lead and support high-quality BIM modeling for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
• Coordinate complex MEP models to ensure seamless integration with other building disciplines.
• Maintain high standards of modeling accuracy and technical integrity across various projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts and optimize system layouts.
• Support the implementation of BIM workflows and best practices within the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in BIM modeling specifically focused on MEP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard BIM software.
• Proven track record in multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment based in Bengaluru or Noida.
• Strong technical understanding of MEP design principles and construction documentation.
