Responsibilities

• Deeply understand business requirements, write technical proposals, and design systems
• Lead teams to achieve business goals
• Own the planning, development, and optimization of shared technical components
• Analyze system bottlenecks, resolve complex technical issues, and perform performance tuning
• Explore new industry solutions to enhance technical capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of backend development experience
• 2+ years of Golang architecture experience
• Proficiency in Golang frameworks, language features, and data structures
• Experience developing API interfaces and building concurrent, high-load systems
• Familiarity with distributed systems, service frameworks, and message middleware
• Strong logical thinking and business comprehension skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes automation or DevOps practices
