Responsibilities

• Responsible for trading and asset technology development to deliver stable and fast trading experiences
• Manage the full lifecycle of core features including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Optimize critical system paths using Java architecture design and high-availability principles
• Plan and build unified frameworks, platforms, or components for existing and future systems
• Apply cutting-edge technologies to solve technical challenges and drive business evolution

Requirements

• 5+ years of development and design experience
• Solid Java fundamentals including IO, multithreading, collections, and JVM internals
• Proficiency in object-oriented design and development
• Familiarity with Spring, Spring MVC, or MyBatis frameworks
• Extensive hands-on experience with relational or non-relational databases
• Experience with distributed system design, including caching, messaging, and distributed computing

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
