About the Company

Australian Christian College (ACC) is a protestant non-denominational, Christian Education organisation, whose mission is to develop each and every student to be equipped spiritually, academically, socially and physically to flourish into their full potential. ACC is part of Christian Education Ministries (CEM), with 17 schools in 5 states.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the positive culture and community of the school
• Ensure students have access to high quality teaching and learning
• Grow and lead the school by producing a strong Christian teaching culture
• Generate momentum to move the school forward
• Build positive relationships within the school and wider community

Requirements

• Sincere and steadfast relationship with Jesus Christ
• Vibrant Christian faith evidenced by service in a local church
• Experience in educational leadership
• Suitable teaching qualifications
• Registration with the TRB (or eligibility for registration)
• Proven success in leadership positions in Christian schools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in administration, budgets, and governance
• Leadership expertise in curriculum and pedagogy
