Principal Associate Process Manager, Cyber

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief of Staff team and key partner teams (Finance, Recruiting, HR, etc.) to develop mechanisms for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Manage Non-Associate Labor (NAL) processes, including budget verification, obtaining approvals, and updating Beeline.
• Maintain the Cyber Team Inventory Registry (TIR) application data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Oversee the incremental funding request process by collecting justifications and communicating with stakeholders.
• Drive headcount data hygiene within the TIR, including updating team names, sizes, and departure data.
• Deliver ad hoc reporting, data analysis, and event requests to support organizational needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years of experience in Process or Risk Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting or client consulting.
• At least 1 year of experience working with Product or Technology teams.
• At least 1 year of Continual Improvement experience.
• At least 1 year of experience using G Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 4+ years of experience in Process Management.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Process Management training or certifications such as Lean or Six Sigma.
