Principal Associate, Process Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business owners to build roadmaps through forecasting, capacity planning, and high-level work estimates.
• Harmonize competing priorities into a single, unified, and actionable path forward by working with multiple stakeholders.
• Facilitate the intake process for new work, ensuring alignment with goals and clearly defined scope and value.
• Adhere to Enterprise and GPN governance during intake to ensure strong risk management and operational excellence.
• Provide portfolio metrics and actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Facilitate the prioritization of the Product Area/Family backlog in adherence to GPN Portfolio Management standards.
• Communicate and partner with key stakeholders at all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite.
• At least 1 year of process management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in Compliance or Risk Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in Process Management.
