Principal Associate, Business Analysis

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the business strategy to drive growth and competitive success, specifically leveraging AI/GenAI to predict and resolve customer complaints.
• Manage the sequence and delivery of business intent by translating complex data requirements into actionable product features.
• Partner with Tech, Lines of Business, and other enterprise stakeholders to improve service quality, volume, and profitability.
• Utilize a strong quantitative orientation to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems using statistical and ML models.
• Communicate technical subject matter and research results clearly to both specialist and non-specialist audiences, including senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Operations Research).
• At least 5 years of professional work experience in analytics, business analysis, or data-driven product management.
• Proven track record of decision-making and problem-solving based on advanced analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Python, R, SQL, and relational databases.
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with cross-LOB operations or customer experience.
• Proficiency in econometric and statistical techniques, including hands-on experience in model design, development, and deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate high-level business strategy and advanced analytics into tangible products and outcomes.
