Principal, Art Direction - GenAI

Responsibilities

• Generate visually sophisticated AI-driven creative across performance campaigns and innovation work
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual outputs including photoreal, conceptual, and graphic imagery
• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and refine assets based on creative feedback and campaign objectives
• Use ChatGPT image generation tools to create scalable visual content systems and production-ready creative
• Art direct outputs with a focus on composition, typography, lighting, and visual storytelling
• Partner with Creative Directors, Designers, and Motion teams to ensure alignment with brand standards
• Refine outputs through compositing, retouching, and post-production workflows
• Evaluate emerging OpenAI tools and creative trends to evolve agency AI capabilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in design, digital art, or integrated campaign production
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual taste and high-level execution
• Deep professional experience using ChatGPT image generation within creative workflows
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and AI-assisted creative workflows
• Strong understanding of modern visual culture, photography, and design systems
• Ability to operate in fast-moving environments with quick-turn feedback cycles
• Strong communication skills to articulate creative rationale

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in agency, studio, or high-growth brand environments
• Knowledge of motion aesthetics and internet culture
