Principal, Art Direction

Responsibilities

• Concept and design high-impact digital creative across social and video channels
• Support video and content production including pre-production planning and on-set shoots
• Partner with copywriters, strategists, and producers to align creative with brand goals
• Manage creative execution from end to end, including delegating to junior team members
• Solve creative and production challenges through proactive brainstorming and inspiration sharing

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in visual design
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, social-first content, and video-driven work
• Prior social agency experience or experience with high-volume, high-visibility accounts
• On-set and content production experience working with directors and editors
• Strong client presentation and communication skills
• Deep knowledge of social best practices, typography, and motion design
